Conference Ops Automation

Having engaged in WELAND’s Model UN conferences since eighth grade, I saw this project as more of a personal legacy. To save our sales team from drowning in hundreds of manual email threads, I shipped an automated seat allocation portal using AI coding tools. Used across three consecutive conferences, the system brought human allocation errors down to zero and later expanded into merch orders.
